o   Tickets are $75 until July 10th, 2023 and $90 thereafter.

o   Refund requests sent by 11:59pm August 10th, 2023 will be paid in full, no questions asked. No refunds will be issued after this time.

Paint and Modeling:

o   All models must be painted to the Battle Ready Tournament Standard minimum as defined in the ITC Guidelines as well as abide by the modeling guidelines regarding proxies.

o   Models that do not meet this minimum standard will be removed from the table by a judge, even if this means it occurs in the middle of a game.

o   If you are unsure of whether your models meet the standard, please send pictures for approval to info@smiteclub40k.com by September 2, 2023. Conversions not submitted for approval prior to this date may be removed from play if deemed to be inadequate substitutions.

List Submission: lists must be uploaded to BCP by 11:59pm MST on Monday September 4, 2023.

Rules Cut Off: No new rules material will be allowed after August 26th, 2023.

Conduct: The ITC Code of Conduct will be in effect for this event. You are expected to have read and understood it if you participate.
